Lived experience welcome
A degree is not required for every role. Heart, reliability, and respect for our neighbors matter most.
What to expect
Submitting this application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Hired roles require a background check and a current resume.
Roles we are hiring for
We are currently building our team for the positions below. If one sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
Hours & expectations
These are full-time positions, generally 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Because our neighbors do not only need help during business hours, every role includes some evening and weekend time for community events, outreach, and after-hours appointments. We make ourselves available when it fits our community's schedule — not only our own.
Director of Programs
Owns the design, launch, and daily operation of every program we run — from the Academy to wraparound family support.
What you will do:
- Design, launch, and oversee all Alliance programs, including the Cailan Care Coordination Academy
- Set program goals, timelines, and outcomes, and report progress to the CEO and Board
- Supervise program staff and volunteers and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Build the partnerships and referral pathways each program depends on
- Ensure every program reflects our standards for dignity, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
Director of Clinical Care Coordination
Bridges our neighbors to the clinical side of care. This role requires an active clinical license — such as an LVN or RN — and a heart for walking clients through the healthcare system.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the clinical side of client care alongside our social coordination team
- Walk clients through the healthcare system — appointments, referrals, follow-ups, and benefits
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Care Coordinators on complex cases
- Build relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Angelina and Nacogdoches counties
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and state requirements
Community Liaison
Be the face and voice of East Texas Alliance of Hope in the community. This role builds trusted relationships with local churches, community leaders, and partner organizations — making sure neighbors know who we are, what we do, and how to connect with help.
What you will do:
- Represent East Texas Alliance of Hope at community events, churches, and partner meetings
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with churches, community leaders, and partner organizations
- Help grow our resource directory by identifying and vetting new community partners
- Share community feedback and emerging needs with the team
- Support outreach events, presentations, and community education efforts
